"Actually - how do I get to Bochum?"

We often get e-mails about how to get to Bochum from all airports in the area. That's why we have gathered here a few approaches to make your way to Bochum easier.

Furthermore, you can find the schedules on bahn.de (please don't forget to choose the filter/option 'nur Nahverkehr' since it then shows you just the cheaper trains) or on the mobile app "DB Navigator".

Please make sure to buy a ticket BEFORE you get on the train and just use the area of the 2nd class. You don't want to start your journey with a fine of 60€, do you? ;)

From Düsseldorf Airport: Take the SkyTrain from each Terminal to the train station.
